Leo von Leestrup is an adorable 3 year old smaller sized Shepherd mix.  You can automatically see that this boy is a compete sweetie.  Leo doesn't understand why he's in a new situation, and he's feeling a little shy and overwhelmed, so he can take a bit to warm up to new friends.  However, with some encouragement and cuddles, he completely blossoms and the smiles can’t stop.  Around other dogs Leo is also a ‘good boy.'  He meets them calmly on leash and off leash.  Leo can be a bit shy at first, but he doesn’t seem to have any issues with males or females or even pushy types.  Instead he just turns to you for attention and guidance.  We were told by hi sprevious family that he was friendly, happy and active in the home, and good with young children. He is crate- trained, housebroken and  more than ready to join a happy home -- be it near or far.
